What started as evening callouts around Marchmont is now a full mobile mechanic team covering all of Edinburgh and the Lothians.
Our founder spent a decade in main dealer workshops and grew tired of watching customers pay for time rather than work. FA Mobile Mechanic Edinburgh Ltd was formed to strip out the overheads and put a qualified mechanic exactly where the car is — with the same diagnostic equipment a dealership uses.

First full-time mechanic hired
Demand for daytime bookings meant we could no longer run it as a one-person side job.
Registered as a limited company
FA Mobile Mechanic Edinburgh Ltd was formally incorporated, with proper insurance, contracts and invoicing in place.
